It's designed with what we learned from our Assault 2 Advanced Mountain Kit to perform in high-altitude mountaineering and extreme expeditions, as evidenced by its construction. It is made of durable recycled nylon with a water-repellent finish. Easton Syclone™ carbon fiber rods are lightweight and robust for their weight and capable of withstanding strong winds. And thanks to the internal rods and the easy-to-assemble X-shaped design, it is very easy and quick to assemble, even if the weather is not good.
