The Singing Rock Back-up is a guided fall arrest device with a self-locking function, which accompanies the user in both directions and locks on the anchor line in the event of a fall, certified under the EN 353-2 standard. It can also be used as a positioning device – which allows the adjustment of the distance between the operator (equipped with a seat belt) and the fixed anchor point or a structure – certified under the EN 358 standard. In addition, the Back-up is certified as a rope clamp (EN 567), so it can also be used in climbing and mountaineering, and as a rope adjustment device (EN 12841). It is safe and very easy to use with one hand, ideal for work at height and vertical work. It weighs only 205 grams without connector and 420 grams including connector. It is compatible with semi-static ropes of 10, 11 and 12 mm in diameter and 12 mm mooring cables.
