The Silva Inclinometer is a popular inclinometer for all types of vehicles. It has two scales, a ±35° scale and a ±5° fine adjustment scale.
The Silva clinometer is used to check the angle of heel on sailing boats and to check power trim on motor boats. It's also a perfect work tool for other applications, such as making sure different vehicles and equipment sit "level" on each other. or keep the desired angle.
For angles up to ±5°, read the upper precise scale, for angles greater than ±5°, use the lower scale for readings up to ±35°.
