The Kamet Light Down vest intelligently combines two types of insulation to offer optimal performance in the mountains. It uses hydrophobic down in key areas to maximize warmth and synthetic fibers in areas most exposed to moisture and chafing, thus optimizing sweat evacuation and durability.
It is a very lightweight garment and can be compressed into its own pocket for comfortable carrying. Its ripstop outer fabric ensures excellent wear resistance, while the PFC-free water repellent (DWR) treatment offers protection against light moisture.
