Born in 2012 during a GMHM expedition for the first ascent of the west face of Kamet (7756 m) in alpine style in Pakistan, it has evolved since then without losing its essence: to be a fundamental piece of modern mountain equipment. Robust since its inception, it has been reinvented version after version, becoming lighter and now incorporating the new PFAS-free GORE-TEX ePE membrane, maintaining its waterproofness and breathability. After 11 years in our collection, we have updated this jacket with a renewed design for current mountaineering.
As durable as ever thanks to its 100% recycled polyamide outer fabric, the KAMET GORE-TEX retains its legendary versatility. Its redesigned, helmet-compatible hood with precise fits, and its pre-shaped sleeves optimize movement on the wall. Designed to face various conditions and accompany you in all your alpine activities, it maintains Millet's strengths: durability, reliability and technical performance.
