The Alpinist 12 pin-type binding is an ultra-light option, weighing only 270 grams (without brake), designed for experienced ski touring skiers looking for maximum performance in high mountain climbing.
Its construction allows for active length compensation without affecting ski flex. The ISI toe cap, very rigid and with an integrated stop, greatly facilitates the shoe by positioning and aligning the boot automatically. The kinematically optimised pin levers allow the pins to close with gentle pressure.
The heel cup has 0, 5 and 9 lift lifts, and allows you to change from ascent to descent mode quickly and easily. In addition, its 38mm wide drilling pattern efficiently transfers power to the edges, resulting in excellent ski control and direction.
