This hardshell jacket for general mountain use, the most robust and resistant of the Beta family, offers you professional-level protection when the rain hits sideways during a summit attack. The hybrid blend of GORE-TEX PRO ePE fabrics (increased durability on the shoulders, reduced body weight) will keep your torso completely dry. Designed with easy-access DropHood helmet compatible.
It now features 100D and 80D GORE-TEX PRO ePE with DWR (durable water repellent) with no intentionally added PFAS. Improved fabric lamination and redesigned drawcords improve durability. Lightweight RECCO® reflector on the hood hem provides security and makes searching easier in emergency situations. New pattern that minimizes fabric waste and saves material, the equivalent of 400 jackets, in the production process.
