It is a design that has remained faithful over the years, except for some revisions proposed by the recommendations of our athletes. Hence, it has been tested to withstand storms and hurricane-force winds, intense snowfall, and freezing temperatures time and time again. The inner tent is made of durable high-strength ripstop fabric and the flysheet and floor have a water-resistant finish. DAC rods and pegs are extremely robust compared to their weight and the design is designed to withstand strong gusts of wind.

It is easy to assemble, even if the weather is not good, thanks to the combination of rod sleeves and fastening clips. The interior cabin is very spacious and offers many storage options, such as loops for hanging wet clothes and a vestibule for larger duffel bags. It includes four pegs for anchoring in snow if you have to mount it on snowy terrain, and if you camp in very exposed places with strong gusts of wind, the flysheet has welded reinforcements in the most exposed points.
