Filled with 100% post-consumer recycled down and made from 100% recycled polyamide, the Earthrise hooded jacket continues our journey to develop simple, highly functional insulated clothing. Offering a streamlined yet comfortable fit, optimized down fill and the addition of a chest pocket for on-the-go essentials, it's still a tried-and-true classic that's perfect for cold bivouacs and overnight camps to downhill ski tours. and walks in cold weather.
Its durable and fully functional design continues to be based on a simple hooded design with an active fit narrow baffle construction throughout. Deliberately simple, the jacket is light and compressible enough to lend itself to almost any outdoor activity.
It is filled with 155 grams of 700 fill down, which like all the down we source, is free of additional chemical treatments and, although there are much warmer jackets available, it straddles the line between warmth and weight. In colder or stormier conditions, the elastane-trimmed cuffs and hem, as well as the adjustable hood, will help seal in valuable warmth. The jacket is also completely windproof, features a fluorocarbon-free water-repellent finish, and will happily fend off melting snowflakes or a brief rain shower.
