Our take on a hot pot favourite
Chilli con Carne is that classic one pot dish, which is why we wanted to create Chilli non Carne, so that vegetarians could get the same warm flavours on a cold night in the mountains. We used healthy soy flavoured with paprika, cumin and sweet tomatoes to create that much loved chilli flavour. We then added the crunch of red pepper, nutty red beans and a subtle hint of ancho and chipotle spice to finish off our South American classic. A vegan version that tastes just as good as the real thing.
