The Low Tech Race Brake weighs only 30 grams and features an innovative dual function with heel lifter and brake, as well as one-handed operation.
With this feather-light brake, athletes can switch between ski and walk modes in seconds while simultaneously activating the heel lifter or brakes. Integrating the heel lift feature with the brake allowed developers to save those last few grams.
This brake is compatible with the Low Tech Race 105 and Low Tech Race 115 bindings. The named models can be upgraded to comply with the new ISMF regulations requiring brakes in racing from 2021. Low-tech racing brake: ISMF compliance with dual function.
