Part of what makes tours like the Tour du Mont Blanc so magical is the mystery of what awaits you around every bend, whether it's a fantastic view or a curtain of rain. Luckily, the Beta pant is here to stay dry when needed. The breathable and waterproof fabric allows steam to escape from your body without letting water in. In addition, the 3/4 side zippers provide extra ventilation and make it easy to add layers if you are surprised by a downpour.

Updated with a PFAS-free laminated GORE-TEX ePE that leaves a smaller footprint. A new, simpler fly closure, full-circumference belt, thigh pocket and 3/4-length side zipper provide more comfort and freedom of movement. The new reinforced underbody improves durability.

This product does not contain intentionally added PFAS.

The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, but just as strong and durable as the materials we used before. You may notice that in the outer fabric the "moisture build-up" is a little faster in products with ePE membranes, but rest assured that this does not affect the waterproofing of the membrane itself. If you notice that the fabric accumulates moisture faster than you would like, just wash the jacket and dry it to remove oil contamination and return the DWR to its full performance.
